Yes you do! You get up to 20 accounts with our R80 / month hosting plan.
Email accounts are linked to your domain. So, if you register the domain name www.yourbusiness.co.za, then you can have email addresses “@yourbuisness.co.za“. EG: email@example.com
- Disable AntiVirus and check again.
- Check Internet connection – a slow internet connection may cause errors.
- Check Server Settings
Contact us if your account is still not working.
IMAP syncs your email between all the devices the account has been added to. If you delete an email on one device it will sync and be removed on all devices. This is helpful when you have your email account on multiple devices. If you ever need to add your email account on a new PC all your mails will be there.
POP3: Emails download from the server to your mail client (IE: they are no longer on the server) and are only stored on your mail client. If the PC with these emails crashes all emails are lost and cannot be recovered.
IMAP is the most secure and we recommend IMAP server type – just be sure to delete emails you dont need.
Please be sure to copy /paste the password we provide you. If you copy a space before or after the password this could result in errors.
When you add your password in, tick the box that says “remember password”.
